What do women want (and need) online?
Is rephrasing your message in a gender-neutral / gender-appropriate form of address just “surrendering to the Politically Correct culture”? Or does it have a substantial and measurable positive impact both on the readers / users and your business, compared with messages phrased in “”default masculine”? What’s the difference between Gender-appropriate and Gender-neutral? And how does Google go about it these days?
