One of the important for us as professional translators is continuing professional development (CPD).We can always learn more through courses, workshops, professional conferences, like the ITA annual conferences. It is important for each and every one of us to continue to invest in our own professional development. As ITA members you can update the events you participated in and display CPD badges on your profile, and show off your achievements.

In the "Member's Area" menu there is a "Continuing Professional Development" link. Clicking on the to go a page with where you can update the details of the lectures/workshop/conferences you participated in.

For 2025 15 points are required to have a silver badge displayed on your profile, and 25 points are required for a gold badge.

Adding an event which is not an ITA event required uploaded a participation certificate.
