One of the translator's greatest challenges is marketing, or 'getting your name out there.' It's often daunting, costly, and not fun. This talk offers another, common sense way to become a go-to translator in your field (and have fun too!) Danny first gave this talk at the 2010 ITA Conference and the content largely remains as relevant as ever.
Originally from Liverpool, England, Danny has been playing with words from an early age, and translating professionally for over 25 years. He specializes in non-profits, fundraising and marketing translations, and also writes, translates and produces bespoke family legacy books.
