We are pleased to announce the forthcoming Israel Translators Association Event.

When: Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 17:00-18:00 hrs.

This event will be conducted as a video conference via the Zoom application.

This event will be conducted in Hebrew.

The Lexicographer as a Translator

Speaker: Prof. Menachem Milson

Menachem Milson is a professor of Arabic literature at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. As a former brigadier general, he headed the civilian administration of Judea and Samaria. He is an author specializing in Middle East studies, a researcher of Islamic culture and Arabic language, and a lexicographer of Hebrew-Arabic.

Note: No knowledge of Arabic is required for this presentation.
