Invitation to the Annual General Meeting

The ITA Executive Committee invites ITA members to the Annual General Meeting to be held  on Sunday, June 23 2019, at 17:00-21:00 hrs at Leonardo Beach (formerly Basel) Hotel, 156 HaYarkon St. (opposite Atarim Square), Tel-Aviv.

On the agenda:

• Appointment of the AGM chair
• ITA Chair’s report and Verbal Report
• Presentation of 2018 accounts
• Audit Committee report
• Adoption of 2018 accounts and reports
• Reappointment of Yitzhak Druzin as auditor for 2019
• Discussion (including motions submitted by members)
• Elections for the Executive Committee (Va'ad) and Audit Committee (Va'a'dat Bikoret)
