We are pleased to announce that the forthcoming Israel Translators Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in Tel-Aviv.

The First Annual Debate!
We are heralding a new tradition, in lieu of the customary opening lecture.
Do today's translators need to incorporate machine translation as part of the work process?
There will be a moderator plus two speakers, one in favor of the above proposal and one opposing it.

You may cancel your registration and get a refund up to May 29. Later cancellation or not turning up at the event will not qualify for a refund.

Should you wish to register another person besides yourself, please reenter the registration form, fill in the other person's details, and pay again for him or her. Currently we do not have an option for making a single payment for several people.

At the top of the registration form you will find a link for renewing your annual ITA membership, or registering as a new member.
Getting to the the place and parking:
By car: Waze recognizes the place.
There are two paid parking lots on each side of the hotel.
Inside the hotel itself there are two paid parking spaces for vehicles for the handicapped. Only if it essential for you to park there, mention it in the Comments field of the registration form.
There is additional paid parking on Atarim Square, opposite the hotel.
Busses: From the New Central Bus Station – No. 4. Frequency: every few minutes. Get off at corner of Ben-Yehuda and Ben-Gurion. A few minutes walk in Ben-Gurion westwards to Ha’Yarkon St., and turn left to the Basel Hotel.
From the Merkaz (Arlozorov) Train Station – No. 10. Frequency: every 15 minutes. Get off at corner of Ben-Yehuda and Ben-Gurion, and walk as above. (Can also take the more frequent No. 5, and get off at corner of Dizengoff and Ben-Gurion. Slightly longer walk).
