The Annual General Meeting of the Israel Translators Association<\/p>\n

Annual General Meeting<\/p>\n

Will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, 16:00-20:00<\/p>\n

There will also be a pre-AGM event<\/p>\n

The AGM and the pre-AGM event will be hybrid events<\/p>\n

The in-person event will take place at Mindspace, Ahad Ha'am 54, Tel Aviv<\/p>\n

If there will not be a quorum at 16:30, the AGM will be postponed to 18:30, even without a quorum.<\/p>\n

  5. Audit Committee Report \u2013 Approval of Financial Report and Verbal Report<\/li>\n
  6. Discussion (including issues raised by ITA members attending the meeting)<\/li>\n
  7. Election of the ITA Executive Committee<\/li>\n
  8. Election of Audit Committee<\/li>\n
  9. Closing of the Meeting<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The AGM will be recorded and the recording will be available to ITA members for two months afterwards.<\/p>\n
