You may cancel your registration and get a refund up to <\/span><\/span><\/span>July 19.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span> Cancelling after that or not participating in the event will not qualify for refund.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding Zoom:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This can be freely downloaded from: <\/span><\/span><\/span>https:\/\/zoom.us\/support\/download<\/a><\/p>\n

It can be installed on a smartphone and on a computer. However, for conferencing with many participants a computer is more convenient.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fill in the required fields \u2013 mainly full name and email address.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shortly before the meeting you will receive by email a link for entering the conference. A certain identification number will also be provided, but generally there is no need to type it in.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At the bottom of the Zoom screen there are camera and microphone icons \u2013 click these for activating \/ deactivating them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Via the chat icon you may forward questions during the lecture, and these will be forwarded to the speaker.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
